I used the Basic Pizza Dough recipe #349 from this site, a really easy and perfect recipe, but instead of pizza( we were tired of that) I made rolls out of the dough. A big hit with my family! If you are lazy or pressed for time, just buy pizza dough from your local pizza shop.

RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- Basic pizza dough
4 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp minced garlic or frozen cloves
3 Tbsp parsley flakes
Divide dough in 4 parts. Make any shape roll; round, knots, twists. If you want to make garlic knots, just roll out dough to a rectangle and cut it into short or long strips-depending on the size you want- and knot them.
Place rolls on cookie sheet lined in parchment paper. Cover and let sit for 15 minutes. If you like them very shiny, egg wash before baking. It really isn't necessary though.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until light brown in color.
Prepare in bowl olive oil, parsley, and garlic-fresh-minced into tiny pieces-or frozen cubes. Mix together. Brush with pastry brush onto the warm rolls. If you want to freeze these, freeze after baking and before serving, brush on the topping. You can add any topping you like.
