INGREDIENTS
20 pears, peeled with stem left on. Slice off bottom
½ cup sweet red wine
1 red jello
1 water to cover in pot
1 pinch red food coloring
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
bring all ingredients except for pears to boil in a large pot
add pears, standing up
cook on low flame for 40 minutes (covered) till red and soft
