INGREDIENTS













  • 3 cup powdered sugar










  • ½ cup cocoa powder










  • ½ cup margarine, cut into pieces










  • ⅓ cup boiling water










  • 1 tsp vanilla










  1. Mix together all ingredients



  2. Beat on low until combined, then one minute on medium



  3. Let cool before frosting
