A basic staple for Pesach.
4 egg whites
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips
3 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Slowly add sugar and vanilla and beat until thick.
Melt chocolate chips and let cool.
Add melted chocolate and coconut to batter.
Drop batter by tablespoons onto a foil-covered cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
