
This is a great home-made style sesame chicken to serve for supper. It calls for frying in directions #2 and #3- but I sometimes skip out this step. I just make the sauce, pour it over the chicken cutlets, and bakie it.

INGREDIENTS
4 dinner size cutlets
½ cup ketchup
⅓ cup vingar
¾ cup water
2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 cup corn flake crumbs
¼ cup sesame seeds
Cut ckicken into small, bite size pieces.
Dip into flour, egg, and corn flake crumbs.
Fry the breaded cutlets
Combine ingriedents in pot (not the sesame seeds)
Cook on stove top for about 10 minutes
Place cutlets in pan and pour sauce on top
Cover the pan, and bake at 350 degrees for a half hour.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and serve hot.
