INGREDIENTS
6½ oz canned salmon
½ cup corn flake crumbs divided
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp mustard
1 small chopped onion
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix ingredients well, using ¼ cup corn flake crumbs (save remaining cf crumbs for coating)
Form balls (can use mini ice cream scooper) coat with remaining corn flake crumbs
Coat in remaining corn flake crumbs
Bake on baking paper for 20 minutes
