Refreshing parve desert that works for Passover as well.
1 egg white
1 pinch salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¾ cup sugar
1 cup sliced strawberries
Beat the egg white until it's foamy - then add salt.
Continue beating as you slowly add sugar. When it stands in peaks, add berries (sliced or partially crushed) and lemon juice.
Continue to beat 15 minutes until it holds in peaks. Store in freezer.
