INGREDIENTS













  • .5 stick margarine










  • 1 cup rice










  • 1 (16 oz) bag egg noodles










  • 1 package onion soup mix










  • 2 stalks celery, cut










  • 2 scallions, chopped










  • 1 (8 oz) can of mushrooms










  1. Put margarine in 9x13 pan in oven preheated to 350. Let melt



  2. Add in rice, lukshen and onion soup mix and mix. Top w/ cut up celery, scallions and mushrooms



  3. Pour 4 cups boiling water over everything



  4. Cover pan tightly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
