INGREDIENTS













  • 2 pieces chicken










  • 1 cup brown rice










  • 2.5 cup boiling water










  • 0 spices










  1. Put brown rice on bottom of pan, lay chicken pieces on top



  2. (optional: add cut up vegetables)



  3. Sprinkle generously with spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion soup mix if you use, any spices that you like and mix)



  4. Add a sprinkling of paprika on top of the chicken for color



  5. Pour 2 cups boiling water on top of the rice



  6. Bake at 350 for 2.5 hours or until done
