INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree










  • 2 cup heavy whipping cream










  • 1 cup milk










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ¼ cup brown sugar










  • 1 tsp cinnamon










  • ¼ tsp cloves










  • ¼ tsp nutmeg










  • ¼ tsp ginger










  1. Place pumpkin puree into a strainer lined with cheesecloth for 15 minutes to drain any excess water.



  2. Pour all ingredients into the ice cream machine. Start machine and freeze.
