Easy recipe that is good for either a weekday meal or shabbos.
4 chicken legs with skin
1 cup bread crumbs or matzah meal
2 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 olive oil
Combine bread crumbs and lemon-pepper seasoning in a large zip-lock bag
Add chicken legs to bag. Shake to coat.
Lay legs in a 9x13 pan, skin side up. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Baste with pan juices and bake another 10 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
