INGREDIENTS













  • 4 chicken legs with skin










  • 1 cup bread crumbs or matzah meal










  • 2 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning










  • 1 olive oil










  1. Combine bread crumbs and lemon-pepper seasoning in a large zip-lock bag



  2. Add chicken legs to bag. Shake to coat.



  3. Lay legs in a 9x13 pan, skin side up. Drizzle with olive oil.



  4. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Baste with pan juices and bake another 10 minutes until skin is golden and crispy.
