Made this tonight for my new couple's supper. I did not have coconut milk, so i substituted 3-4 tb pina colada. Was delicious. For extra touch, I divided smoothie in half, added & blended in 3-4 strawberries to second half and served as a two tone smoothie. Gorgeous & so yummy!
