Delicious low-fat cake
3 cup flour
2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp baking soda
1 stick butter or margarine
½ cup applesauce
1 cup packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
3 egg whites
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
Combine flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and salt in a med. bowl
In a large mixer bowl, beat together butter and sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla and applesauce and mix well.
Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients. Spoon batter into greased 12 cup bundt pan.
Bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees
After removing from the oven, cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
