Serving this dressing with butter lettuce, candied almonds, mandarin oranges, and sliced red onions, is absolutely scrumptious.
1 small onion
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp yellow mustard
⅓ cup vinegar
½ tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch granulated garlic
¾ cup vegetable oil
Put onion in food processor and chop finely.
Add everything to food processor except oil, and blend.
Slowly pour oil in while processor is on, and dressing will become thick.
