My aunt gave me this recipe when I first got married. It was so easy to make, with so few ingredients, I do it all the time. 1
1 (16 oz) bag of broccoli florets
1½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp onion soup mix
Saute florets with a pinch of salt.
Mix together eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and onion soup mix in a small bowl.
Combine broccoli and egg mixture in a 9 by 13 lasagna pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
