My mother made this pie when I was a little girl, and it was a special favorite of our family's. Now, the tradition continues with my own family.
1 Precooked pie crust
¾ cup Margarine
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Cocoa
2 tsp Vanilla
Cream margarine and sugar in a mixer.
Add cocoa to mixture.
Add eggs to mixture, one at a time. Make sure each egg is blended well before adding next egg.
Pour mixture until prepared crust. Put in fridge for three hours before serving.
Optional: Add whipped cream to top for extra creaminess and flavor.
