My mother made this pie when I was a little girl, and it was a special favorite of our family's. Now, the tradition continues with my own family.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 Precooked pie crust










  • ¾ cup Margarine










  • 1 cup Sugar










  • ¾ cup Cocoa










  • 4 Eggs










  • 2 tsp Vanilla










  1. Cream margarine and sugar in a mixer.



  2. Add cocoa to mixture.



  3. Add eggs to mixture, one at a time. Make sure each egg is blended well before adding next egg.



  4. Add vanilla.



  5. Pour mixture until prepared crust. Put in fridge for three hours before serving.



  6. Optional: Add whipped cream to top for extra creaminess and flavor.
