INGREDIENTS
1 mashed banana
1 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Splenda granular
1 pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
2 Tbsp skim milk
¾ cup flour
Spray the loaf pans with pam or a non-stick cooking spray. Mix the all the ingredients except the flour together in a bowl. Add the flour.
Pour mixture into the pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
