INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup cooked sushi rice










  • ½ cup cooked salmon pieces










  • 2 sheets Nori, crumbled










  • 1 cucumber diced










  • 1 avocado cubed










  • - sesame seeds










  • ½ cup wasabi sauce










  • ½ cup soy sauce










  1. Place cooked sushi rice in a trifle bowl.



  2. Sprinkle nori pieces over the rice.



  3. Sprinkle pieces of cucumber on top of the nori.



  4. Place avocado pieces over the cucumber.



  5. Place the salmon over the avocado.



  6. Mix together the wasabi sauce and soy sauce then pour over the salmon.




  7. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

These were delicious and the presentation in individual cups was so pretty and fresh. I followed the advice on this blog and peeled the carrots and cucumbers into ribbon. I also added thin red pepper spears. I skipped the wasabi and just used plain soy sauce. It was a great way to use up left over salmon.
