Just spoon over some pasta or spaghetti, sprinkle grated cheese and melt in microwave. Always Delicious. Freezes great so can be doubled and frozen for the rainy day!!
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Crushed garlic
2 (142 gram) Tins of Tomato Puree
1 (400 gram) Chopped Tomatoes or Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp Sugar
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning
Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add both tins of tomato puree, and stir so that it does not stick.
Add chopped tomatos, sugar and spices and cook on low flame for 10-25 mins covered or it may splash.
