This is a more elegant version of a chocolate mousse. You can serve it as a pie or individually in ramekins. It looks beautiful when decorated with whip and fruits.

INGREDIENTS













  • 7 oz dark chocolate










  • 8 eggs










  • 18 Tbsp suar










  • 6 Tbsp cocoa










  • - Small Whip










  1. In a double boiler melt the chocolate together with the cocoa and 8 tablespoons of the sugar.



  2. Meanwhile seperate the eggs and whip up the egg whites in a mixer.



  3. Once a snow has formed add the rest of the sugar (10 tablespoons).



  4. Once the chocolate mixture has melted and formed a thick batter, let it cool and add the egg yolkes. Mix well.



  5. Place the chocolate mixture in the snow and mix for 20 seconds.



  6. Pour the batter into a graham pie shell or ramekins and freeze.



  7. You can decorate with whip or fruits .
