Any day you need a quick and easy side dish or dessert, this pineapple pie is a light and delicous dish. It is delicious served hot or cold.
1 big or 2 small pies
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
16 oz can pineapple chunks drained
1 graham pie shell (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a mixer or blender.
Let it mix until a runny texture is formed.
Place the mixture in a pyrex, graham pie shell or an aluminum foil baking dish.
Bake on 350 for a half an hour to 45 minutes.
