Any day you need a quick and easy side dish or dessert, this pineapple pie is a light and delicous dish. It is delicious served hot or cold.

INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup flour










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ½ cup oil










  • 4 eggs










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  • 1 tsp baking powder










  • 16 oz can pineapple chunks drained










  • 1 graham pie shell (optional)










  1. Place all the ingredients in a mixer or blender.



  2. Let it mix until a runny texture is formed.



  3. Place the mixture in a pyrex, graham pie shell or an aluminum foil baking dish.



  4. Bake on 350 for a half an hour to 45 minutes.

This pie put my other kugels to shame. Everybody loved this side dish, and asked me for the recipe. I put it in a pie shell and it was pretty besides being delicious.

Needed a quick side dish for shabbos and tried this one out,my husband loved it since it was so light.....i made them individually with crushed tea biscuits as its base and it looked so pretty

This cake is fantastic and it does taste like cheesecake. If you like cherry pie filling you can put this on top to garnish it and it tastes delicious.

This pie really tastes scrumptious! It looks terrific on the plate! I would try making them in individual ramikins/pyrexes...
