INGREDIENTS













  • 30 oz frozen broccoli, boiled down until mushy










  • 2 Tbsp light mayonnaise










  • ½ envelope onion soup mix










  • 3 eggs (egg substitute works great)










  • - cornflake crumbs (matzo meal for Passover)










  1. Combine first four ingredients.



  2. Grease a small rectangular baking pan or a muffin tin.



  3. Pour cornflake crumbs, then broccoli mixture, then cornflake crumbs into pan.



  4. Bake 1.5 hrs. at 350F.
