INGREDIENTS













  • ½ cup rice, cooked and cooled










  • 5 eggs, cooked and cooled










  • ½ (16 oz) package mock crab sticks, thawed










  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated










  • 1 (15 oz) can sweet corn kernels, drained










  • ½ cup mayonnaise










  1. Dice crab sticks into small cubes and place in a medium bowl.



  2. Grate eggs into the same bowl.



  3. Add grated mozzarella cheese, sweet corn kernels, rice and mayonnaise and mix well.



  4. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
