INGREDIENTS

3 lb Sweet Potatoes

½ cup Olive Oil

3 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning

Slice potatoes into french frie slices. Sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with steak seasoning and bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 min. Enjoy!!

Easy and oh so tasty! Next time, I will have to double the recipe, since the kids LOVED these fries. The adults had to give their portion. Great recipe!
