Garlic flavoured spinach in puff pastry.
1 packet frozen chopped Spinach
5 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 salt to taste
1 packet puff pastry
Boil the spinach with the crushed garlic until cooked. Let cool
Roll out the puff pastry into a circle. Cut out triangles going from the centre of the circle to the edge. The triangles should be long and thin at the centre wide at the edge.
Place a tbsp of spinach near the edge of each triangle. And roll from the edge to the centre, forming rogalach.
Brush each one with beaten egg
Bake in oven for 1/2 hour on 180.
Eat and enjoy
