INGREDIENTS













  • ¾ cup farina










  • 2 eggs










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 1 cup sour cream










  • 2 oz butter, melted










  • ½ tsp baking soda, neutralized with vinegar










  1. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.



  2. Pour the mixture into 9X9 square tin or other suitable form.



  3. Bake on 350 for about 30 min.

This was so quick, easy and delish! My husband and daughter loved it!!! I did add some vanilla to it. The whole house smelled so good. Thank you!

I love farina so I was excited to make this cake. However, I liked it but still prefer a bowl of cereal to this cake. It didn't go over well with the family. I don't think I will be making this again.
