INGREDIENTS













  • 20 oz frozen corn










  • 1 onion, diced










  • 12 cup water










  • 1 Tbsp salt










  • 2 Tbsp chicken soup mix










  • 1 cup soy milk










  • 1 tsp cumin










  • 3 drops hot sauce










  • 3 cloves garlic, sliced










  • 2 tsp sugar










  1. Saute onion and garlic in a bare minimum of oil until lightly browned. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 30 minutes
