Easy but different gefilte fish prep!
1 frozen loaf of gefilta fish
½ jar of salsa or jar of marinara
1 onion, cut in rings, sauteed until tender
Unwrap still-frozen gefilte fish and place in a greased loaf pan.
Pour marinara sauce or salsa on top
Add sauteed onions (cut in rings looks prettiest)
Bake at 350F for 2 hours, covered.
Chill and serve with the sauce/onions as garnished.
