My little one is allergic to eggs so I've been on the hunt for egg-less treats. This cake is still moist and tasty and vegan friendly.
1¼ cup flour
1½ cup sugar
½ cup cocoa
1½ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
1½ cup warm water
½ cup veggie oil
1½ tsp vanilla
1½ tsp white vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare two 8 inch cake pans (spray and flour).

thoroughly: all dry ingredients into one bowl and all wet ones into
another bowl and then mix all together. mix with spoon and put in pans.
bake for 30 minu
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add flour mixture to oil and vinegar mixture. Mix well.
Pour batter into prepared pans, bake approximately 30 minutes.
