My little one is allergic to eggs so I've been on the hunt for egg-less treats. This cake is still moist and tasty and vegan friendly.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1¼ cup flour










  • 1½ cup sugar










  • ½ cup cocoa










  • 1½ tsp baking soda










  • ¾ tsp salt










  • 1½ cup warm water










  • ½ cup veggie oil










  • 1½ tsp vanilla










  • 1½ tsp white vinegar










  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare two 8 inch cake pans (spray and flour).
    spray and dust with flour two 8inch cake pans. combine ingredients
    thoroughly: all dry ingredients into one bowl and all wet ones into
    another bowl and then mix all together. mix with spoon and put in pans.
    bake for 30 minu




  2. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add flour mixture to oil and vinegar mixture. Mix well.



  3. Pour batter into prepared pans, bake approximately 30 minutes.
