INGREDIENTS













  • 1 chicken, cut into qaurters










  • 1 small jar salsa










  1. Place chicken in a 9 x 13inch baking pan.



  2. Pour salsa on top of chicken.



  3. Bake at 350F degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or baked potatoes and a salad.
