Great dairy sidedish- especially for the nine days!
¼ cup parmesean cheese
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp dried basil
¼ tsp garlic
4 medium red potatoes-cut into ¼" sticks
combine all ingredients.
toss with potatoes. (i also did it with white potatoes)
bake for 40-60 minutes on 425 degrees
