INGREDIENTS













  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine










  • ¼ cup cornstarch










  • ¾ cup sugar










  • 2 cup milk










  • 2 egg yolks










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  1. Melt the butter. Add the conrstarch, sugar and salt.



  2. Gradually add the milk. Bring to a boil.



  3. Blend the egg yolks, slowly add the boiled milk.



  4. Return to heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring the entire time. Cool and mix in the vanilla extract
