INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup chick peas (garbanzo beans, drained)










  • 1 Tbsp olive oil










  • 1 Tbsp curry powder










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 Tbsp onion powder










  • 1 Tbsp paprika










  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder










  • 1 tsp garam masala (optional)










  1. preheat oven to 450 degrees F.



  2. Add all ingredients to a ziploc bag and toss to coat.



  3. Spread onto baking sheet in an even layer.



  4. Bake until crispy, about 30 mins.



  5. Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
