2 cup chick peas (garbanzo beans, drained)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp garam masala (optional)
preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Add all ingredients to a ziploc bag and toss to coat.
Spread onto baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake until crispy, about 30 mins.
Once cooled, store in an airtight container.
