INGREDIENTS













  • 1½ lb ground turkey










  • ¾ cup cooked brown rice










  • ¼ cup minced onion










  • 1 egg (beaten)










  • 2½ tsp Fresh sage










  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon










  • ⅛ tsp black pepper










  • 3 Tbsp honey










  • 1 Tbsp blasamic vinegar










  • 1½ Tbsp Dijon Mustard










  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place rice, onion, egg, sage, bouillon and pepper in a bowl, stir to combine. Add turkey and mix with your hands.



  2. Place mixture in a loaf pan.



  3. Combine honey, vinegar and mustard in a bowl. Spoon 1/2 honey mixture over the turkey and bake 30 minutes.



  4. Spoon the remaining honey mixture over the turkey and baked 20-30 minutes or until done. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing.
