INGREDIENTS
1½ lb ground turkey
¾ cup cooked brown rice
¼ cup minced onion
1 egg (beaten)
2½ tsp Fresh sage
1 tsp chicken bouillon
⅛ tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp blasamic vinegar
1½ Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place rice, onion, egg, sage, bouillon and pepper in a bowl, stir to combine. Add turkey and mix with your hands.
Place mixture in a loaf pan.
Combine honey, vinegar and mustard in a bowl. Spoon 1/2 honey mixture over the turkey and bake 30 minutes.
Spoon the remaining honey mixture over the turkey and baked 20-30 minutes or until done. Let sit 5-10 minutes before slicing.
