Delicious purple cabbage salad i usually serve it either friday night with fish or shabbos day before cholent.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (.16 oz) bag purple cabbage










  • ¾ cup Sugar










  • ¼ cup Oil










  • ½ cup Vinegar










  • 3 tsp Salt










  • ½ diced onion










  • ½ cup roasted sliced almonds










  1. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, and salt.



  2. Dice the onion and mix with the dressing..



  3. Place cabbage in bowl pour dressing over and mix in nuts!
