Really easy to make! Its light and delicious i serve it all the time for dessert!
For extra flair i either drizzle with chocolate syrup or mix together 1/4 cup peanut butter and 1 cup confectionary sugar and sprinkle on top! Its like mini peanut butter balls! Njoy!

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (8 oz) Riches Whip










  • 2 eggs










  • ½ cup Peanut Butter










  • ½ cup Sugar










  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract










  • 1 pie crust










  1. Beat up egg until thick.



  2. Add all ingrediants and mix.



  3. Pour into pie crust and freeze!
