A kid favorite that is quick and easy, using only one pot!
2 cup Elbow Macaroni
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk, warmed
2 cup Shreeded Cheese
1 pinch Salt
In a large pot, cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain, remove from pot, and put aside.
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the flour to the butter and whisk for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the warm milk until mixture is steaming and at a bare boil.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
Add the macaroni back to the pot and stir until combined. Salt as desired.
