This glaze and streusel is a great glaze over a cake or doughnuts. You can glaze, sprinkle streusel and then drizzle some some glaze over it.

INGREDIENTS













  • - GLAZE:










  • 2 cup confectioners' sugar










  • ½ tsp vanilla sugar










  • 2 Tbsp oil










  • 2 Tbsp boiling water










  • ½ tsp coffee (dissolved in a bit of water)










  • - STREUSEL:










  • ⅔ cup flour










  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar










  • 4 Tbsp margarine










  1. Mix the glaze ingredients together.



  2. Mix the streusel recipe together to form crumbs.
