You can make this as a side dish with spaghetti or with noodles. I love to make it with rice noodles and serve under TERIYAKI SALMON (Recipe #603) as an appetizer on Friday night. Best served at room temperature.
1 lb spaghetti or rice noodles
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup oil
⅓ cup sugar
3 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
¼ cup sesame seeds
Cook and drain spaghetti or rice noodles according to package instructions.
Shake together the soy sauce, oil and sugar. Combine with noodles.
Toss with scallions and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature.
