This simple frozen dessert makes 3 9" pies. Adapted from Quick & Kosher.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed










  • 1¼ cup sugar










  • ¼ cup margarine, melted










  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter










  • 2 Tbsp vanilla extract










  • 2 (16 oz) cartons non-dairy frozen topping, not whipped, thawed










  • 1½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder










  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips










  • 3 9" round chocolate graham cracker crusts










  • 1 (8 oz) carton non-dairy frozen topping, thawed










  • ½ cup sweet peanut crunch topping










  1. Cream first 5 ingredients with a mixer.



  2. Add topping and cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.



  3. Fold in chocolate chips.



  4. Pour into crusts and freeze at least 4 hours.



  5. If desired, whip 8 oz. topping and spread over frozen pies. Sprinkle with peanut topping.
