This simple frozen dessert makes 3 9" pies. Adapted from Quick & Kosher.
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1¼ cup sugar
¼ cup margarine, melted
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 (16 oz) cartons non-dairy frozen topping, not whipped, thawed
1½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup mini chocolate chips
3 9" round chocolate graham cracker crusts
1 (8 oz) carton non-dairy frozen topping, thawed
½ cup sweet peanut crunch topping
Cream first 5 ingredients with a mixer.
Add topping and cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour into crusts and freeze at least 4 hours.
If desired, whip 8 oz. topping and spread over frozen pies. Sprinkle with peanut topping.
