A tastier, healthier, low carb option to potato chips. I can never get enough of these! If you're watching your sodium, you can leave out the salt. You make have to look out for the smoked paprika, but it adds a lovely BBQ flavor (I buy McCormick brand)

INGREDIENTS













  • 3-4 medium zucchini- sliced










  • 1 tsp olive oil










  • - smoked paprika










  • - garlic powder










  • - salt










  1. Mix zucchini with olive oil and spices (add them to taste)



  2. Spread thinly on a baking sheet (they should be in a single layer).



  3. Bake at 250 for about an hour and a half until the zucchini are dried out and crispy.
