I got this recipe from a friend, (all your friends will want this as well!) This salad is yummy, delicious, and very filling. You can use it as a main dish for dinner or as a side dish. Bring it along to one of your chanuka parties, everyone will be talking about it ;)
(This dressing makes a lot, but lasts in the fridge for a month, so use as much as you need depending on how much lettuce and salmon you use)

INGREDIENTS













  • - salmon fillet










  • - lemon juice










  • - montreal steak spice










  • 1 bag lettuce










  • 1 cucumber










  • 1 tomato










  • - sundried tomatoes










  • - DRESSING










  • 1 Tbsp poppy seeds










  • ⅓ cup vinegar










  • 1 tsp salt










  • 1 cup oil










  • ¾ cup sugar










  • 1 tsp dry mustard










  • 2 tsp minced onion










  1. Cut salmon in pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and montreal steak spice. Cook in oven at 400 for 18 minutes.



  2. Prepare salad with veggies. Once salmon is cooked, flake it up with a fork and add to the salad.



  3. pour dressing on top.
