This is always a favorite for shabbos. It's amazing hot, but just as delicious cold!
4 Zucchini, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Large Onions, cut into rings
4 Tbsp Oil
1 Salt & Pepper to taste
4 tsp Sugar
14 oz Tomato Sauce
Heat Oil in large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add Onion & Zucchini. Saute until onions are golden brown.
Add Salt & Pepper to your taste, & sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add sauce and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes
