Shabbos of course is a regular for Egg Salad. I personally do not like raw onions, my husband though can eat a raw onion like that. So on shabbos we came to this Egg Salad agreement and it actually is amazing! I serve it when I have guests and I always get phone calls later for the Recipe. Don't mix the onions and Eggs together unil your prepping you salads before the meal.

INGREDIENTS













  • 5 Large eggs










  • 1 Large Onion,diced, I sautee two but don't usually use it all










  • 1 Tbsp Oil










  • 2 Mayo










  • ½ Tbsp Dijon Mustard










  • 1 Salt










  • 1 Pepper










  • 1 Paprika










  1. Boil Eggs in pot. Usually I put it on High first, bring it till a boil. Then put it on medium-low and cook for seven minutes.
    Let it cool




  2. Add oil and heat into a small pot, add diced onion and sautee until its golden. let it cool



  3. Make how you would usually make an egg salag. I added the ingredients to show you what I put in. After mix in the onions and sprinkel paprika on top.
