INGREDIENTS













  • 1 (1 lb) can pumpkin










  • 1 egg










  • 1 Tbsp Flour










  • 1 tsp cinnamon










  • ⅓ cup brown sugar










  • 1 pkg. puff pastry squares










  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Defrost pastry squares as per directions on package.




  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Place 1 scant tabelspoon of pumpkin mixture in center of square.
    Fold over like triangle to meet opposite edge and seal using fork around whole edge.




  3. Place all triangles on cookie sheet and brush with egg white mixed with 1 tablespoon of water.Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    yield: 10 large turnovers and 24 small turnovers.
