This is the yummiest and most fattening french toast, but its all worth it.
4 slices challah
1 roll snackers
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Coat the challah in eggs and then in snacker crumbs.
Fry until its crispy. Then drain on a paper towel.
Top two slices with cheese and cover with the other two slices of bread- like a sandwich. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts. Enjoy!
