INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup sugar










  • 1 cup light brown sugar










  • 1 cup margarine (2 sticks)










  • 2 eggs










  • 1 (1.5 tsp) vanilla










  • 1 pinch salt










  • 3 cup flour










  • 1 (1.5 tsp) baking soda










  • 3 Torino trufle chocolate bars










  1. Preheat oven to 375. Mix the sugar, brown sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla, and salt together



  2. Add the flour and baking soda. mix until a dough forms. Add 2 of the chocolate bars broken up into chunks and mix.



  3. Grease 2 cooking sheets and form the cookies into balls that are slightly flattened. (I like to make them very big). crack the 3rd torino bar into a bowl and stick the chocolate pieces on top of the already formed cookies.



  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool and enjoy!!
