250 gram flour
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp liquor
½ cup water
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Combine all ingredients in the mixer. It should turn into a soft dough.
In a pot, heat up oil for deep frying.
Roll out the dough very thinly. You might need some flour if it´s too sticky. Then cut into long thin triangles. Poke some holes in the triangles with your knife so that it doesn´t puff up when frying.
When the oil is hot, turn it onto the lowest flame and place the triangles inside. When one side is gold, turn it over to the other side until it goldens. -Careful because it turns gold so so fast! Then remove from the pot and place onto a paper towel for the oil to get absorbed.
Sprinkle with confection sugar, and voila! Enjoy them! They are heaven!
