1 box dagim frozen flounder
- flavored bread crumbs
Defrost fish. (Soak in lemon and then pat dry, it takes out some of the fishy taste)
Dip each piece of fish in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in oil until crispy on both sides.
