Delicious plain, or even better if you mix with yogurt. This lasts a long time and freezes well
3-4 cup rolled oats
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup coconut
½ cup wheat germ
¼ cup sesame or sunflower seeds
½ cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
¼ cup oil
¼ cup honey
Toast oats at 350 for ten minutes. Mix next six ingredients and toss with oats. Heat up oil and honey, and pour over. Mix.
Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 300 for 20 - 25 minutes. Cool. Crumble and store in airtight container.
